The tenant was in rent arrears. No access granted to the landlord. The landlord struggled to get even the Mandatory Gas Safety Checks. With no hope left, the landlord approached for evicting the tenant. We served Section 8 notice and upon its expiry, we took the matter to the court. On the first hearing, with our robust arguments, the court decided and ordered the tenant to:-

Vacate the property in 14 days, Pay all rent arrear and daily rate, Payment of all rent arrears, payment of daily rate, Permission Granted for HCEO, Payment of Fixed Costs.
