This was the second case which was brought by the landlord to the court against the tenant to evict her. The first case was thrown out of the court at the first hearing on the technical grounds. After spending lot of money and time and under huge frustration, the landlord approached us for eviction. After going through each and every documents, we decided to serve another section 8 notice to the tenant based on massive rent arrears. And upon, its expiry, we filed the case in the court for the grant of possession order. The tenant approached the court and represented by Council Housing Solicitor and started pleading the same technical grounds which she did on the first instance. However, with our robust arguments within under ten minutes, the court decided and ordered the tenant to:-

Vacate the property in 14 days and pay all the costs and rent arrears.
