In 2017, owing to the huge rent arrears, the tenants abandoned the property. The landlord suffered huge losses. The landlord approached us to trace the ex-tenants. We tried to trace but trace came negative. The matter was then closed, however, the ex-tenants details were on closed file. In July 2018, we started tracing the ex-tenants / debtors without taking any fee from our client. Once again, no records found for the debtors.
