Possession in 14 days, Payment of all rent arrears and costs

The tenant in receipt of the housing benefits which covers the partial rent. The tenant not topping up the rent payments. The landlord approached us for an eviction. After serving section 8 notice, we filed the case in the court. The tenant contacted the legal aid solicitors who started sending us lot of correspondences including last minute defence one day before the court hearing. On the court hearing date, we represented the matter in the court. Within 15 minutes of the arguments, the court ordered the tenant to:

Vacate the property in 14 days and pay all the costs and rent arrears.
