The landlord bought a property by having tenant sitting in. Upon first visit to the property, he found number of people living in the property. Upon enquiry, they refused to speak to the landlord. Landlord showed legal documents being a new owner. Unknown people reveal that they are paying rent to the tenant as he posed himself as an owner. Furthermore, the tenant does not live in the property himself. Within two weeks of buying a property, landlord approached us.
