The matter is long pending with the court for #tenanteviction. Initially on the first hearing (in 2018), we got the possession order in favour of the landlord. However, the tenant filed an appeal against the possession order and after appeal arguments, the appellate court allowed the appeal and further directions were given to both the parties. We continued to represent the client. We followed all the court’s ordered and kept negotiating with the tenant’s solicitors.
