We faced a very tough situation – we had a problem tenant who refused to hand over the property and we were on the other side of the world!! Thankfully we chose Garg Solicitors! They were amazing. They were quick to respond, friendly and approachable, gave us excellent advice, moved the cases forward through the courts at the best possible speed and were open honest and thorough. They gave us the reassurance that even though we were on the other side of the world our cases were in safe hands. They were quick to advise us on the best and cheapest ways of proceeding and even refunded us the monies paid for the Bailiffs (without us even having to ask) when the tenant finally moved out 2 days before eviction!
